Essential Details for Your Catering Experience
Smokin' Temptations is a leader among South Georgia caterers, renowned for our diverse culinary offerings and extraordinary displays. We provide turnkey solutions for all your catering needs, from corporate events and weddings to private parties. Our full-service catering includes our chef, servers, and bartenders who handle everything from setup to cleanup. For casual corporate lunches, dinner parties, showers, and receptions, we also offer convenient drop-off or pick-up services with food delivered in aluminum trays.
What’s Included:
Arrival: Smokin' Temptations arrives 1 hour before your event starts.
Setup: Includes a buffet-style presentation and a drink station.
Freshness: Food is always kept fresh and hot.
Drinks: Cups with ice are provided, and staff will pour and top off drinks.
Service: Staff will clear plates from tables.
Cleanup: We handle all cleanup related to our catering before we leave.
Other Services Available:
Bartending Service ($125): One bartender for up to five hours of service.
Cake Cutting Service ($1 per guest): Includes dessert plates, forks, napkins, and cake cutting.
Full-Service Booking and Payment Policies
A $500 deposit and a signed contract are required to secure your date and services.
Events are booked on a first-come, first-served basis, and dates sell out quickly. We operate 48 out of 52 weekends a year.
The remaining balance is due 2 weeks prior to the event date.
A 10% late fee will be imposed if the final payment is not received 5 days in advance.
No full-service catering for less than 35 guests.
In the event of late notice, guest changes, or overtime, an overage invoice will be sent to the customer.
Accepted payment methods: PayPal, Venmo, cash, checks, and authorized credit card payments.
Pricing is valid for 30 days upon receipt of a custom quote and is subject to change if the event is not secured with a signed contract and $500 deposit.
The cost of the meal is per person.
An 8% sales tax and 20% gratuity are added for full-service catering.
Drop-Off and Pick-Up Bookings
An 8% sales tax is added to drop-off and pick-up bookings within Colquitt County.
An additional delivery fee applies to orders outside of Colquitt County.
Menu & Guest Count Changes
You may add to your order or increase the guest count with at least 2 weeks' notice, provided we can accommodate the changes.
We are unable to accommodate reductions.
Rush Fees
Orders booked within 3 business days may be subject to a 10% rush fee.
